Cartesian Therapeutics, Inc. is scheduled to report next on November 5, 2026. The date comes from Nasdaq’s earnings calendar, and companies sometimes move it.
The quarter ending June 30, 2026, against the same quarter a year earlier.
| Measure | 3 months toJun 30, 2026 | 3 months toJun 30, 2025 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total Revenue | $0.00 | $298K | -100.00% |
| Profit | $15.8M | $15.9M | -0.74% |
| Profit per share | $0.46 | $0.50 | -8.00% |
| Free Cash Flow | -$21.4M | -$20.1M | -6.15% |
These are single quarters, not a trailing year — the figures elsewhere on this site cover twelve months and will be much larger. A seasonal business swings a long way between the two: ServiceNow earns $2.0B of free cash flow in its December quarter and $0.5B in its June one.
Compared against the same quarter a year earlier, not against an analyst forecast. A “beat” or “miss” needs a consensus estimate, which is licensed data we do not carry — and getting it wrong is worse than leaving it out.
“This quarter was marked by significant progress as we secured a strategic partnership to explore an in vivo platform and executed a non-dilutive financing, enhancing our pipeline and extending cash runway. As we prepare for four expected clinical readouts over the next twelve months, including from our Phase 3 AURORA trial in patients with MG in the first quarter of 2027, these agreements further strengthen our emerging pipeline and financial position,”

Releases land after the close or before the open, so the move is the session that follows.
Descartes-08, Cartesian’s lead cell therapy candidate, is an autologous CAR-T product targeting BCMA in clinical development for generalized MG and myositis, specifically dermatomyositis and antisynthetase syndrome. In contrast to conventional DNA-based CAR T-cell therapies, Cartesian’s CAR-T administration is designed to not require preconditioning chemotherapy, can be administered in the outpatient setting, and does not carry the risk of genomic integration associated with cancerous transformation. Descartes-08 has been granted Orphan Drug Designation and Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy Designation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of MG, and Rare Pediatric Disease Designation for the treatment of JDM.
